Congratulations to our Plan II Honors graduates!

Sam Maher studied sustainable ecotourism with Thoralf Meyer and will be traveling to Buenos Aires this summer.

Emily Mixon who studied remote sensing and vegetation phenology in southern Africa with Thoralf Meyer will be working as a Mickey Leland intern for the TCEQ this summer before going on to serve as a Karst Field Scientist for ACI Consulting. Her Plan II thesis was named a model thesis and she was additionally named by the Texas Exes as one out of the four top UT students for 2015.

Rose Sulentic who worked with Kelley Crews will be participating in the Texas 4000 this summer, a 4000+ mile bike ride from Austin to Anchorage to promote cancer awareness. She has been accepted into the Yale Public Health Graduate Program.
